Bed & Breakfast

We have 2/3 persons B&B rooms and 4/5 persons B&B rooms. The rooms are situated on the first floor of our house. Each room has its own fully equipped bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. There is hand soap, a hair dryer and toilet paper available. Shower towels are changed after 4 days if necessary and bed linen is changed once for stays of 9 days or longer. The rooms are carefully, attractively and comfortably furnished with a lovely double bed and a pillow for everyone’s taste. It is possible to put an extra (baby) bed in the double rooms. One 4/5 person room has a large roof terrace. The rooms of the 2nd 4/5-bed room are connected by the bathroom. In every room you can make coffee or tea. A fan provides the necessary cooling. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets.From the rooms you have a beautiful view over the hills of Le Marche.

Fermo, Grottazolina, Belmonte and Petritoli are the names of our B&B rooms, named after the place you ‘see’ when you look out of your room window.
